I started teaching at Mechanicsburg Area School District in 2002 as a 2nd grade teacher.  My favorite subject to teach has always been reading.  After finishing my Masters Degree in Reading, I became a reading specialist.  Teaching reading is my passion.  I continue to learn with my students and try new things every year! 

 

I live in Mechanicsburg with my husband, my twin teenage boys, my five year old daughter and our two dogs.  Outside of school, I love to read, exercise and spend time with my family.
